Interactive map of parking lots available at "Rīgas satiksme" website
Starting from today, June 18, an updated section of Parking services is available on "Rīgas satiksme" website at www.rigassatiksme.lv. For the convenience of "Rīgas satiksme" parking lot users, the section includes not only more useful information, but also an interactive map showing the location of parking lots, their tariffs, as well as the location of parking meters.
The "Parking services" section can be found in the upper menu of the website, after clicking on section "Services" and then on "Parking services". Initially, the section will be also available on the homepage (see picture).
The main update of the section is the interactive map of parking lots, where one can see the location of parking lots, including those for disabled persons, underground parking and bike-stands, as well as location of parking meters for both cash and non-cash payments. Additionally, one can also see tariffs, price of resident’s card and available types of payments.
The section’s usability has been improved, and information which is useful and important for parking lot users has been also added. In the section, one can find information about pre-payment and post-payment, payments with smart devices, monthly subscription card, resident’s card, organisation of parking lots, as well as about the parking lot for forced storage of motor vehicles.
